TheSmartMom is a free connection service between individuals (hereinafter "Users") and licensed family protection and life insurance advisors (hereinafter "Partner Advisors").
RBP Corp acts as a business introducer.

Partner Advisors are independent professionals, properly licensed to conduct insurance brokerage activities in their respective states. They are solely responsible for the advice they provide and the contracts they offer.
The Site is freely accessible to any User with internet access.
All costs necessary to access the Site (computer equipment, internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.
RBP Corp reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue access to the Site, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without notice or compensation.

Once the form is submitted, the User's contact details are transmitted to one or more Partner Advisers selected by TheSmartMom.
A Partner Adviser contacts the User within 24 to 48 working hours, by telephone or email, to discuss their situation and needs.
The connection service is entirely free for the User. No fees will be charged by TheSmartMom to the User.
Partner Advisers are remunerated by insurance companies when a User takes out a contract. This remuneration does not result in any additional cost to the User.
The User is under no obligation to take out an insurance contract after being contacted by a Partner Adviser.
The User is free to accept or refuse any proposals made by the Partner Adviser.
The User may at any time end the relationship with the Partner Adviser by informing them of their wish to no longer be contacted.

In the event of a breach of these obligations, RBP Corp reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Site, without notice or compensation.
RBP Corp makes every effort to ensure the quality of the connection service. However, it cannot guarantee:

The contractual relationship regarding the subscription of an insurance contract is established directly between the User and the Partner Adviser.
RBP Corp is not party to this relationship and cannot be held liable for any disputes that may arise between the User and the Partner Adviser.
In case of dispute with a Partner Advisor, the User should contact the Advisor directly or, where applicable, the relevant state insurance department.
All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, site structure) is the exclusive property of RBP Corp or its partners, unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Site elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from RBP Corp.
Personal data collected via the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, the User consents to the processing of their personal data under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy.
The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party sites (Partner Advisers, commercial partners, etc.).
RBP Corp has no control over these third-party sites and disclaims all liability for their content, availability or privacy policies.
The User acknowledges that access to these third-party sites is at their own risk.
