BP Les Cannisses KFT acts as a business introducer and not as an insurance broker.

As a business introducer:

• We are not registered with the state insurance regulators (Financial Conduct Authority)
• We do not provide personalised advice on insurance matters
• We do not compare insurance contracts
• We do not make recommendations on products or insurance companies
• Our activity is strictly limited to connecting individuals with state insurance regulators-authorised professionals

The partner advisers with whom we connect our users are independent professionals, duly registered with the state insurance regulators and authorised to carry out insurance brokerage activities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site thesmart.mom (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, site structure) is the exclusive property of BP Les Cannisses KFT or its partners, unless otherwise stated.
